What we do
The Sussex Stroke & Circulation Fund provides equipment and people to help with the diagnosis and treatment of vascular disease in Sussex.
Since 1980 over £1,000,000 has been raised. Originally, all the equipment used in the Vascular Assessment Unit at The Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton was bought using money raised by the Fund. As the service expanded the NHS Trust added to the diagnostic equipment required, although the Fund still continues to purchase major items for the Vascular Labs such as Ultrasound Scanners.
